Is the $10 reservation refundable?

Yes, your $10 reservation is fully refundable any time before early access closes.
If you change your mind, just email us at support@drifte.com.au and we’ll take care of it.

Once early access ends and the kit is released to the public, reservations automatically convert to store credit, which can be used toward your Drifte kit or any future releases.

This helps us fairly allocate stock while keeping things flexible for you.

 

When will the kits ship?

We’re currently completing final sampling and moving into production.

We expect the first Drifte kits to ship approximately 8–12 weeks after production begins.

All reservers will receive regular updates so you always know exactly where things are at.

 

What happens if I don’t complete my order during early access?

If you don’t place your order during the early access window, your reserved stock will be released to the public.

Your $10 reservation will automatically remain on your account as a store credit, ready to use whenever you’re ready to shop with Drifte.

 

How much will the Drifte Kit cost?

The expected retail price of the Drifte Kit will be around $170–$180 AUD.

Final pricing will be confirmed before early access opens.

 

How big is the Drifte Survival Kit?

The Drifte Survival Kit (the full zip case) is designed to be compact, structured, and easy to carry in a handbag, tote, backpack, or carry-on — without feeling bulky or overpacked.

Inside the main case are four modular mini pouches, each created to hold only the essentials for its specific type of adventure. The pouches are intentionally slim and organised, so everything has its place without unnecessary bulk.

As we finalise production, dimensions may adjust slightly, but the overall size and carry-friendly feel of the kit will remain consistent. We’ll share final confirmed measurements before early access opens.

 

Can I buy individual mini-kits later?

Yes, that’s part of the long-term plan. While the first release focuses on the complete Survival Kit, we plan to offer individual mini-kits and refills separately in the future.

 

Is this a subscription?

No. The reservation is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, hidden charges, or automatic reorders.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We’re starting with Australia for the first drop, but international shipping is coming soon. If you’re outside Australia, you can still reserve a spot and we’ll notify you as soon as international shipping opens.
